Do I need to pay to use EAST.IM?
No. You can use most tools for free as a guest (10 credits/day) or create a free account (100 credits/month). Paid subscription gives you 1000 credits/month, unlimited daily usage, and access to premium tools.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other payment methods through Stripe, our secure payment processor. All transactions are encrypted and PCI compliant.
How do credits and daily limits work together?
Your usage is limited by both credits AND daily limits, whichever runs out first. For example, a guest has 10 credits/day and 10 daily uses. If you use a tool that costs 2 credits, after 5 uses you hit the credit limit (10 credits used) even though daily limit allows 10 uses. Free members have 100 credits/month with 50 daily uses - if credits run out mid-month, you wait until next month even if daily uses remain.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch anytime from your account settings. When switching to annual, you get 2 months free ($99.99/year vs $119.88 if paid monthly). Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of your billing period. Your account then converts to a free member with 100 credits/month.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available within 7 days of subscription ONLY if you have not used any AI tools. Once you use any tool even once, refunds are no longer available - you can only cancel your subscription to stop future billing. After cancellation, you retain access until your current billing period ends.
